PC turns on automatically from Hibernate

The reason for this is that the network card can receive a command to turn the PC on. To disable this, one simply has to do as follows:

1. Right click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. On the Hardware tab, click Device Manager.
3. In Device Manager, Double-Click Network Adapters.
4. Right-click your network adapter, and then click Properties
5. On the Power Management tab, click to select Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby check box, and then click to select the Only allow management stations to bring the computer out of standby check box.
6. Click ok, then close Device manager and System Properties.
